Our YouTube Videos Now Have Closed Captioning
We have recently uploaded transcripts to our programming and repair videos.
If you are hearing impaired or hard of hearing, you can now follow along with the text on the bottom of each video.
This text is also available for translation into different languages for our international customers that may have a hard time reading or understanding English.
If you do not see the words on the screen during the video, simply click on the [CC] icon at the bottom of the video player. Clicking here will allow you to turn on and off the Closed Caption option and also will allow you to translate the text into another language.
