How to program your 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser (sedan or convertible) remote keyless entry fob alarm
**YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING/PROGRAMMED REMOTE IN ORDER TO PROGRAM A NEW REMOTE TO THE CAR**
**if you do not have a working remote now.. you must take the new remote to a dealer or locksmith for programming
IMPORTANT: Before entering programming mode, have in possession all of the transmitters you will be using on the vehicle. Once you program the transmitter, all previous codes will be erased from the memory. The other transmitters will not be functional until you program the transmitters again.
-Switch ignition ON
-Use programmed remote and proceeds
-Press and hold remote UNLOCK button for up to 10 seconds
-after holding the UNLOCK button for 4 seconds press Panic button and release both buttons
-Ensure acoustic signal is emitted indicating programming mode active
-Press any button on each remote to be programmed
-Ensure acoustic signal is emitted after each transmitter operation
-Switch ignition OFF
-Ensure acoustic signal is emitted
