Unfortunately, there are no do it yourself programming instructions that will work for the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix remote keyless entry fob alarm.
You must take the remote and car to a GM dealer or local automotive locksmith for programming.
