Unfortunately, there are no do it yourself programming instructions that will work for the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Toyota Prius Smart Key (with silver logo on back) remote keyless entry fob alarm.
You must take this remote/key and car to a Toyota dealer or local automotive locksmith for cutting and programming.
