Free Programming instructions for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer remote portion of integrated key fob alarm

Once you have a working programmed key that will start the car, you can program the remote portion of this key yourself at home. This method will only program the remote buttons. You must still take the key to a dealer or locksmith to be cut and programmed to start the car.
This will program the remote buttons for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer remote head key.

Be sure you have all remotes with you at the time of programming:
1. Switch ignition OFF
2. Access the programming connector DLC (located in drivers side fascia)

3. Jump programming connector terminals 1 and 4 (or ground)
4. Within 10 seconds press hazard switch 6 times
5. Doors should lock and unlock to confirm programming mode
6 Press and release remote transmitter LOCK button
7 Within 10 seconds press remote transmitter LOCK button twice
8 Doors should lock and unlock to confirm programming
9 If programming additional remotes within 1 minute repeat button procedure ( #6 ) for each additional remotes
10 To exit programming mode remove key from ignition or jump lead
